Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located, and do you offer virtual and/or in-person sessions?
I am located in Parker, Colorado Area and I am able to see clients who reside anywhere in Colorado. I currently offer virtual HIPAA-compliant video sessions. I do offer in-person therapy.

Do you accept insurance?
I do accept several insurances for virtual and in-person sessions.

How frequently will we meet?
I recommend all new clients begin on a weekly basis so that we can get to know one another and work towards making progress on your goals. From there, we can discuss if it makes sense to schedule sessions on a less frequent basis depending on your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel your appointment within 24-hours of your session, you will be required to submit full payment.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
I am interested in working together. What is the next step?
I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit. If we decide it is not a match, I am happy to provide a referral for you.
